Have you been trying to reduce weight and struggling through every crash diet going?  Maybe you've successfully removed weight and then put it right back on again to the point of exceeding the size you were before you started! 

If you have no medical reason to explain why your body is determined to keep hold of its excess weight then this can be very frustrating.  Crash diets are good for immediate results but it is clinically proven that they will not last and they do damage to your body and your mental wellbeing.

This programme puts you back in control.  Designed by psychologist Judith E Pearson, this weight management programme seeks to change your relationship with food to promote steady weight reduction that is sustainable for the long term.

You will receive hypnotherapy recordings to listen to at home in between sessions to support your progress and there are incentives built in to ensure you succeed!  You will not progress to the next stage until you are successfully reducing weight.

Once you have shed a total of 16 pounds you have all the tools and methods you need to continue on your own or, if you prefer, you can schedule additional sessions.
